The Problem: The owner wanted a walk-out patio installed on the end of his below ground basement.  This involved excavation, grading and installation of the proper base for the paver patio and for the interlocking block walls.  Drainage was part of the problem also.

The Solution: Alpine determined the size and depth of the excavation, removed soil from the area to the undercut depth, prepared a strong base for the patio and wall footings, and left the area ready to receive the final stone for pavers and the walls.  Drainage was installed.

The Result: The base was finish-graded later in the year.  Drains were designed and installed; soil was removed.

Thought: Alpine was able to design a complete installation and begin the work before winter started.  This unusual installation made the owner happy.
